Healthy Christian leaders are essential to the church and to ministry, and Gospel Coaching is the single most important ingredient for their health and thriveability. Since we need Christ-centered, gospel-saturated, and missionally-focused leaders we can ill afford to rely on non-theological, humanistic, methodologically driven approaches to coaching.
Gospel Coaching is a unique approach that incorporates gospel renewal dynamics in the coaching relationship. The gospel not only has power to transform, it is power. We want to let the gospel do its work!

Expositor’s Workshop is a preaching lab or workshop designed to provide aspiring expositors with an opportunity to preach and receive feedback from seasoned pastors. The preaching lab involves exposition of a text by qualified men who feel called into ministry followed by a time of peer evaluation. The lab is an opportunity for established pastors to encourage and evaluate potential pastors and is an opportunity for those men to confirm their calling while honing their skills.

Join our one-day 4-hour workshop that includes lunch. It will be hosted at the Aggie BSM.
A workshop for those called or wondering if they may be called to gospel ministry. In this workshop, we will address the Biblical characteristics of a call to ministry and what the practical steps are for following that call.
The SBTC Church Health and Leadership Team is coming “on the road” to share some principles and practices of church health. Lunch will be provided by the SBTC.
