At the Brazos Valley Baptist Network we believe that church health and revitalization begins with healthy preaching. That is why we would like to invite you to participate in a joint venture between BVBN and Emmanuel Baptist church called Expositor's Workshop (formerly Sermon Junkies).
Expositor's Workshop is a preaching lab or workshop designed to provide aspiring expositors with an opportunity to preach and receive feedback from seasoned pastors. It is modeled after 16th-century Puritan movement that resulted in revival in England.
The preaching lab involves exposition of a text by qualified men who feel called into ministry followed by a time of peer evaluation. The lab is an opportunity for established pastors to encourage and evaluate potential pastors and is an opportunity for those men to confirm their calling while honing their skills.
