Cynthia Doyle | Ministry Assistant

Cynthia Doyle | Ministry Assistant

My name is Cynthia Doyle. I was born and raised in Texas, moving frequently within the state from Austin to Elgin, Lexington, Coupland, and Blue, and now reside in the College Station/Bryan area. During my childhood, we also moved to California twice, spending time on the beach in Oceanside before returning to Texas. The second move to California brought us to Riverside to be closer to family, especially our grandparents. Eventually, I found my way back to Oceanside, where my now-husband was stationed with the USMC.

My husband introduced me to Christ, and through the Lord, I discovered what it means to be a true believer and began to understand the depth of God’s love. We soon got married and moved to Okinawa, Japan, where we spent the next three years acclimating to the culture and enjoying the beaches, rainforests, and cuisine.

While in Okinawa, I worked for the USO on Camp Hanson with outreach to Camp Courtney. I fell in love with the mission and purpose of the USO, supporting service members and their families. My role involved a wide range of responsibilities, which helped me grow both personally and professionally. I am incredibly thankful for my time with USO Hanson, as it led me to a career focused on helping others and their communities.

I am thrilled to join the Brazos Valley Baptist Network as your new Ministry Assistant. I desire to come alongside you to help your churches make a greater impact in the Kingdom of God. I am grateful to use the skills and experience God has granted me to contribute to the BVBN's mission and vision. I look forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
